Getting Started

Ready to order?  Then follow these three separate steps:

1) FILL OUT ORDER FORM:  All orders for new projects require order forms. That way, we can give you the most accurate service and cost estimate possible. We can also let you know where to deliver any audio tapes or CDs. Click to fill out order form.

2) UPLOAD ANY DIGITAL FILES: Click to upload files with our easy upload service, using our Hightail account. Or email us a link from another service, such as Dropbox, that you may already have to your files.

3) MAKE DEPOSIT: When we get the order form, we’ll let you know if you need to make a deposit (mainly new clients who are students and other individuals not representing large institutions. We accept credit card and PayPal. Click here to make a deposit.

Please Read the Fine Print:

Our preferred types of uploaded digital recordings are MP3s for audio, and MP4s (Quicktime) for visual.
Our standard money-saving transcript-delivery procedure for us is to e-mail your transcripts to you as Word files.
We are not legally responsible for property left in our care (although we’ve haven’t damaged or lost anything yet).
When submitting an order, individuals agree to pay upon delivery. Businesses and institutions agree to pay within two weeks of delivery.
The minimum charge for an order is $50.
