ORDERING INFORMATION
All orders require that you complete the order form. That way, we can give you the most accurate service and cost estimate possible.
You can either cut and paste the form and deliver it to us via email (at ), or you can print it out and fax to us (at 435-203-3157).
After we receive your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to give you an estimate of cost and confirm your order. Then we will also let you know where to send the tapes or CD, or how to upload digital files to us. (We do not publish our exact office address on the web site so that we can anticipate recordings sent to us and plan out workflow in advance.)

Please Read the Fine Print:
- We can NOT transcribe directly from videotapes. Because of the transcription equipment that we use, we only transcribe from audio tapes and digital files on CD or uploaded to us. If your original recording is on video, you must either dub the audio tapes yourself, or make arrangement IN ADVANCE with us for us to dub them. This requires extra time and a corresponding extra fee.
- We accept recordings on DVDs, but greatly prefer audio files uploaded to us or delivered on CD.
- Our preferred types of digital files are the most compact, DSS and MP3 files.
- A standard money-saving delivery procedure is to e-mail files and send you back the tapes by mail at about $4 for Priority Mail.
- The typical estimated charge is four hours of labor per hour of recording. This is for a clean recording of ONE or TWO people speaking clearly and without highly technical terms.
- We will call you if your tape takes longer than estimated before adding additional charges.
- We are not legally responsible for property left in our care.
- All orders include one free hard copy and one disk on request.
- When filling out this form, individuals agree to pay upon delivery. Businesses and institutions agree to pay within two weeks of delivery.
- The minimum charge for an order is $50.
