Contractor now qualified with Certification in Cybersecurity Awareness from Health and Human Services. We also have HIPAA compliant transcriptionists and those with CITI certifications. And new ones with experience in AAVE (African American Vernacular English). Plus some with some very impressive Southern accents. :)
